2.2 Scheduling and Rescheduling
You may reschedule a confirmed service request by notifying us at least 5 business days in advance. Requests made later may result in additional fees.
2.3 Refund Policy for Services
Requests for a refund of service fees may be made within 7 days of purchase, provided the service has not commenced. Once work begins, fees become non-refundable due to resource allocation. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 15 business days.
2.4 Service Transfers
If you are unable to use a booked service, you may transfer it to another date or client by notifying us at least 5 business days before the scheduled date. Transfers are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

Info products include digital courses, tutorials, and downloadable guides related to AI integration.
3.2 Access and Use
Digital products are accessible via your account upon purchase. Sharing access credentials is prohibited.
3.3 Refund Policy for Info Products
You may request a refund for digital products within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed. To request a refund, contact us with your order details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
3.4 Non-transferability
Purchased digital products may not be transferred to other users.
4. Goods
4.1 Overview
We offer physical products such as hardware kits and peripherals to support AI integration.
4.2 Shipment and Delivery
Goods are shipped to the address you provide. Delivery times may vary based on location.
4.3 Refund Policy for Goods
If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement by notifying us within 14 days of delivery. For other cases, items may be sent back in original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery. In such situations, customers are responsible for shipment costs. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15 business days of inspection.
4.4 Exchanges
You may request an exchange for a different product within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability and condition of the sent-back item.
5. Refund Process
